Is 3.02 OE-A consider to be a choice of "iso loaders"?
a flash alters you're firmware so what my guide does is that it changes whatever firmware you have as long as it isnt 2.81 and higher and it is a TA-082 MOBO then use it and you never have to emulate the iso with Dev and HEND. However if you would not like to do this you could Install HEND and Dev but you have to run HEnd then run Dev every time whereas 3.2 you just need to go to the memory stick and do it from there
