Hi, I just got Tony Hawk Project 8 from a friend and it's a multi language CD. While it was trying to adjust my tv I accidentally hit the wrong language on the language select screen and ended up with French. Does anyone know how the hell I can change it to English (I already tried the options in the game). Any help is appreciated.

You probably have SAVED THE GAME.
just DELETE the game save from memory card & Boot the game & choose the English flag.
or
Boot the game without memory card inserted & choose the English flag & then load (i am not sure it may change it back to French after Loading).
