PSP-1004 error, update error

Hi all,
my brother owns a PSP-1004 2.01 FW and I'm trying to downgrade it.

I tried many way to do it, but when I try to update it I get 80000025 error.

The error comes also when I try to update it to 2.71 without downgrade procedure.

Does anyone know the way to fix the problem?
