Ok, this was asked once or twice in another thread but it didn't really get the answer I was looking for.

My question is: Can I burn a PS1 or PS2 game I own to disc/drive and store it on the PS3's hard drive? And if this is possible, what's the best way to do it?(ISO file?) Keeping in mind, I'd like to boot the game up straight from the HDD. Anyone know if this is doable? I'd like to put my PS games on there, so I can finally sell them ><

Because the PS3 is so powerful that it needs to emulate PS1 and PS2 games anyway, I know that it is possible to play games from your hdd; however, I'm pretty sure you'll need more than just an .iso to actually play the games. Here's to hoping that someone releases a PS1 emulator for YDL.
