Hi. I've decided to get into the world of online gaming on my PS2, and I know that I need to DNA$ patch my games.
Anyway, I've already patched one or two of my games, one of them being Burnout Revenge, so I decided that I'd try going online with this.
So when I tried to go online with this, I got DNA$ error -833, which having looked it up is a region error. I know that the games is NTSC while my PS2 is PAL, so is that causing an issue here?
Now if that is the problem, I can see two solutions, but of course i don't know if these are correct or whether I'm goin on completely the wrong track. So which of these is right?-
1) Patch the game with the PAL DNA$ code
2) Convert the game from NTSC to PAL and then patch the game with the PAL DNA$ codes
Also, if I do have to convert the game from PAL to NTSC, can I still use Action Replay codes. And if I can, would I now need to use PAL codes instead of NTSC codes, or will the NTSC codes still work?
