Neewbie needs BIG help with dashboard support

Hey,
I think I need help getting a dashboard on my xbox. whenever I cut it on, it takes me to this menu:
X3 Config Live
Bios Tools
Disk Tools
EEprom Tools
Settings
Harware Info
--------
Reboot To Dash
cold Reboot
I was able to load up my skins, but that's about it. I tried going on xbins, but downloaded the wrong files by mistake and ended up being banned in the process. So I'm not sure what to do next. If there's anyway for me to fix this , I'm all ears!!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

at the top does it say anything like evolutionX or unleashedX?

No.. it just shows the green X logo and on the bottom it just says
Xecutor, then it just takes me to that menu I spoke about

xecuter is a brand of modchip, where did you get this box?

It already has it's screws and shell off. I didn't want to put it all back til I was sure it was working properly, but yeah, if you have some ideas..i'm all ears
