I have about 3 or 4 quests I am unable to finish and I am looking for someone who may know something as to why. The quests all have the same problem: I go to the green arrow on the map, but no one is there. Example: The quest "Buy a house in Skingrad", has me talk to Shum gro-Yarug at Castle Skingrad. The green arrow takes me just outside the castle gates. Shum gro-Yarug is nowhere to be found! I've looked everywhere. Does anyone know where to find him? Is it possible that I could have killed him? If I killed a quest giver is it possible to finish that quest? Thanks to anyone who has any help!
If I remember correctly that quest will remain open I believe. I remeber a character named Umbaccaco in which he wanted all the Aleid Statues. But I brough him to the temple with the incorrect crown and it killed him. I believe that quest still remained open, but Umbacco was dead.
This may be the same in your situation.
However I don't understand why the green arrow still appears, he must still be alive. Check the paths going to the castle, he may walk.

he might appear at a different time from when u get there
just use you back button and wait, he will be there some time.
try to wait 3 or 4 hours at a time.
if you listen close enough you will be givin clues on when to arive.
but if you wait he will be.
i was woundering if you guys could help me with me thevis guild quest. i just stole the arrow head and gave it to the gray fox. i attacked a person from the guild and payed the money for. i fenced 1000 dollars and its been three days in the game and i still have not had any message. i still have an active quest saying kicked out of the thevis guild. but when i pick it says ive payed armond the money and im back in. if u guys can tell me how to finish that quest or so i can finish the job that would be great. thanks
