NTSC Games Laging on SM 3.6 Plus (Slimeline PS2)

Hi, I have noticed when I use NTSC PS2 DVD Games on my PAL Slimline PS2 with Swap Magic 3.6 Plus, the games seem to lag a bit to much and a bit of the bottom screen is black.

Games like;

Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance
Mortal Kombat Armageddon
Dead Or Alive 2

(The games stated above didn't work properly- however all PAL games worked flawlessly).

I use DVD Decrypter v3.5.4.0 to burn on Verbatim 16x DVD +R's at 4x burn rate.

Can anyone guide/explain me on how to convert the NTSC games to PAL, so they would work on my Swap Magic 3.6 Plus DVD loader without any lag or distorted picture- I would be very grateful.
