Navigate to X:\PSP\ (where X is the drive letter of your PSP) on your computer. Then create a GAME150 folder and put the OEB_UPDATE folder in X:\PSP\GAME150\ (where X is the drive letter of your PSP). Then on your PSP go to GAME-->Memory Stick and then select the OEB update.

double check and make sure you have 2 game files one is GAME and the other one is GAME150 (which you created) put the 3.02oe-b update into the GAME150 file and you should be fine

check to make sure the file name is eboot.pbp not eboot.pbp.pbp there were people saying that somehow their computer hided a part of the file name so instead of one pbp it had 2...just rename the whole thing to eboot.pbp and try again....good luck

Ok, I'm having the exact same problem as described....except I didn't have a game271 or game150 folder. I created the GAME150 folder in x:psp\ and placed the entire OEB_UPDATE folder into GAME150. Problem is, the OEB_UPDATE option does show up in my PSP menu even after I've followed these steps. I tried placing it in my GAME folder and it shows up then, but I get an error when trying to run it.
