Hi there im very new using swap magic i was woundering if anyone had any advice for my problem

I recently got swap magic 3.6 PAL version so i could play Xenosaga episode 1 NTSC version , ive tried booting it with every video mode , with special and normal boot but when it tries 2 read the disc it just keeps on saying not a valid ps2 disc . Ive tried other backup games and they play fine so the drive is locking properely.

If anyone has any advice on solving this problen it would be much appreciated
