i just upgraded from 1.50 to oe-a to oe-b and was wondering...

1. Can i use x-flash with 3.02 oe-b?

2. how do you toggle cpu speed and to load games without a umd disc?

3. when i had 1.50 before i had devhook .51 do i still need it or can i delete it with the dh folder?

1 - yes you can use the latest version 18e i think
2 - i dont think you can toggle cpu speed without plugins and for no umd mode, switch on psp holding R button to enter recovery then go to config and enable no umd mode.
3 - i didnt get your question
