okay, I just downloaded the PS2 system data off the PSStore and I was wondering can you put memory card exploit on the internal memory card and maybe bott ps1 or ps2 games??

Please respond to this PLEASE!!

-ps: what if i had an actual PS2 memorycard with the memory adapter?

Considering that the exploit doesn't even work on the slim PS2's, I would say no to the exploit working on PS3.
