Problems loading some games with ninjamod

I'm looking for some help with a problem. Two different cubes modded with ninjamod. Some backups will load and some not, without any findable pattern. I have tried different burners, different isos for the same game to avoid bad dumps, ... Nothing seems to work. Another odd thing is that RE4 will just hang up on the both gamecubes in the Accessing memory card screen. Any idea what can be the problem?
