Yes, I know you can disable the modchip for authentic Sony PS2 games. However, I need the modchip enabled to play my game (yes it is burned)... is there any way to avoid this?

You need to patch the DNAS code and then reburn the image file.

so are you saying that this chip is better for online play or can i use that matrix (green dot) i like this one because of the feature to go into sleep mode so it will not over heat can i still use the program to find the dnas with this chip?

Most chip these goes in sleep mode even the Crystal Chip. If u dont have that u could just patch the files and burn the game on to a disk wich isnt too hard. But Crystal Chip can play most games online and doesnt require patching.

Just google it up it only works for Crystal Chips. I dont think i can give direct links to this kind of stuff. Google up DNAS hacked Crystal Chip firmware. Ps2-scene might have something like that.
