Freezing Downloads for OutPost Mappack

I keep trying to download the Outpost Mappack for Halo2 but every timt i try it freezes around 70%, this time it got to 77% and i thought it would be okay, it just disappeared when it froze, it isn't downloaded i checked, i'm trying to download it from here

is this a faulty site?

LOL *turns out to be halo CE* .. ne ways if u havent ever tried Killtrocity Mappack 1 or 2. If not i recommend them for the best halo 2 mods. Thier is also halo 2 remapped discs which i think go up to 6 discs.
