Im having trouble recover some of the c.o.g. tags. I'm one away from the 2/3 achievement, and was wondering if anybody could give me some hints on where they could be found

Do you know to look for the red skull symbol painted on the walls? If you see it the the tags are in the general viewable area. And look high and low. I've found skulls painted high up on pillars.
