Regular USB Flash Drive compatible with PS2?

Hello I just bought a memorex travel drive flash drive. Im a big fan of sports games and I download am trying to download rosters onto the Flash drive and transport them to my ps2 memory card. My questions is this possible? Do the flash drive have to be in a certain format? Its usb 2.0 and 1.1 supported. Please help...

yeah thats perfect, just make sure you reformat the USB drive first and format it in FAT. Then it will definitely work. :)
