usb flash drive as memory card?

There are ways to use a flash drive to transfer data with Maxdrive or some program like that, but there should be a way to just plug the flash drive in the usb on the ps2 and it should read it as a memory card. Is there a way to format my flash drive to ps2 format? What format are the memory cards in?

Could I use PS2 Action Replay Max Evo to transfer game saves? I just came across it on gamestop.

As far as I know - you can't. You might, if you can I'm gunna do it.

£15.99 for 8mb memory card!

You'd get a 1GB flash for a penny shy.

You can use AR Max Evo for the transferring of PS2 game saves. Hell, you could do a lot more of things with it. You can us cheats for a game, or watch videos nd play dvd's region free. I suggest you should get it! It also includes a sega genesis emulator!

Ya, that stuff is pretty cool, but I ordered codebreaker 8 today. It was only $15 USD compared to AR max evo which is $40. I wanted to put most of my saves on the computer since the ps2 memory cards are such a rip.
