Hi. I'm new.

Is there a way to play DVD backups using a CDROM version of the swap magic 3. I bought it and the DVD version was broken. I only have the CD version left. Please help me.

Thank you.

never tried it but i doubt it. wouldn't that defeat the purpose of having two different discs?

Yeah you can boot up DVD's with the CD Version of Swap Magic.

1. Insert your Swap Magic CD.
2. Let it load.
3. Once it has loaded, press the eject button and put in a high TOC game, such as GTA San Andreas. This game needs to be original. It has to be store bought.
4. Press the eject button again, and let the original game load up in Swap Magic.
5. Once the original game has loaded, use your slide card and slide the eject tray, take out the original PS2 game and put in your backup/copied PS2 DVD game.
6. Press "Load Program".
7. Let it load, and there you have it :) lol

Okay. I'm not getting to work. This is what I did:
1. Opened the PS2 and sealed the sensor inside.
2. Used a tissue to make that thing on the lid to stay to the right.
3. Load Swap Magic
4. Eject
5. Load Gran Turismo 4.
6. Press X.

Sorry, but what next?

after loading gran turismo DO NOT press X
after gran turismo has loaded you must take the disc out using the flip top cover and replace it with your copied / backup DVD game. then you must press X

I have all three sensor sealed.

What's a flip top cover, is that the thing that opens when you press eject?

When I put Gran Turismo in. It spins. Do you want me to take it out while it spins?

I'm sorry. I'm new at this.
