if you want to buy a modder to do something then go to a site with a store, this is for help doing things on your own not buying people, its really easy to flash, it would be a waste for you to pay someone to flash it

ouch those prices are crazy, trust me just figure out how to mod it urself its so easy and def not worth $100+ to get a pre-mod.

$250 to put a chip on a Core??? That's beyond crazy. BTW it's not the modding that's gonna get you busted. It's selling the copied games. I don't think anyone here is that's dumb, but you never know.
