PLEASE HELP GUYS!

Make and Model# of phone : NOKIA 6280
IMEI( no slashes please) : 352264010993034
Country the phone was purchased in : UK

original simcard is 'Network 3'
But its when i try to put in ORANGE simcard it is asking for a restriction code. :(:(:(

please help! its very much aprieciated.. :):):)
