Rotary& Praetor,
Have either of you successfully backed up Safedisc 2.9? (original image). The reason I ask is I purchased a Memorex MAXX52x burner over the weekend and I tried to backup The Sims Superstar (Safedisc 2.9.x) and Alcohol 120% failed me (oh no). Well I gave the latest Blindwrite Suite a go and much to my amazement, Blindwrite was a success (no emulation\backup plays in my dvd-rom(s)). If you get a chance can the both of you make backups of Safedisc 2.9 using Alcohol 120% and Blindwrite Suite and see if you get the same results I do? I have to tell you I'm really impressed with this Memorex MAXX52 cdrw. DAE is blazin' fast (38x ave.), superior accuracy as well and reads Safedisc fast too! Supports Mt. Rainier, CD+G, Video CD, CD Text and C2 errors.
Does your Litey or Asus support all these read\write features? (Nero Info Tool)
Can the both of you load Nero Info Tool and take snapshots of supported read\write featurs of your burners and send them via PM..
I would be very greatful....
