Ok i just got an xbox 360 and now i have a few questions, perhaps someone can answer them.
1: i saw some connecting device floating around, a USB adapter that can connect from the computer to the xbox, can this device transfer games to the xbox 360 to make playable?
2: the 20gb hdd, can that store backed up games aswell to play?
3: With some mods i have been seeing, i assume one cannot play live with a backed up game?
4: is a modchip necessary to play backed up games?
5: im reading so much about firmware updates and many other things, what would be the easiest, safest and upto date way to play backed up games with minimal problems?
sorry if people asked these questions already or if i seem "lam0r" to anyone, just curious..
Originally posted by Nu2Mods: 3. you can but your risking getting your console bricked, by the term i think it means your console will do you about as good as a brick would, NONE
So, if I make a back up of my game (Need For Speed: Carbon), and play it on my 360, I risk killing the console entirely?
And, if so, that means that Firmware + Modchips are completely necessary? Also, how much can it cost for all the equipment to be able to back up my games and play them when the time comes?
$30- DVD Burner- Pioneer 111d is the best one
$about 5per disk for media- Vebatium Double Layer
Sata Cable and card about- $50
And alot of time if you are new to every thing

Sorry, but I can't interpret what you mean. Do you mean that if I make a back up of Need For Speed: Carbon and then play it on my Xbox 360, it'll work? Or will it kill the system? Somehow I feel that your reffering to me using Xbox Live and getting banned?
[EDIT]:
Also, my Xbox 360 is brand new. Just out of the box today. So I have done nothing to it so far.
Also, what do I need exactly to play my back up games? That Flash method and/or MOD Chip?
