Unlocking Cingular Nokia 6102i phone

I have Cingular Nokia 6102i phone subscribed in United States of America. It's IMEI number (Shown as serial number when i keyed in *#06#) is 352735011126955.
Can anybody please help me unlocking it? Also how much time it takes usually to get it unlocked and ready to be used for other service?
