all you need to do is before you start the dump select file, at top, select save layout then name it accordingly, open the saved layout in notepad change the 3rd C into a D and close then on wxripper select open layout open the one you just modified then dump, merge with your ss.bin with ssmerger then burn the file, easy huh lol

normally, when i get an crc error with this method, you have to open wx ripper en save the layout
when you start the dump,en lets say the 3rd line is 1000,for example, and you get the error @ 800
you open the layout, and the 3rd line wil say c 1000,you change that 1000,to the number where you got the error,so you change that to c799
en then you have 201 left, you make a extra line en you make it d201
worked for my call of duty backup,is a bit difficult :p

example
c:100
c:100
c:1000
c:200
lets say this is orignial,on the third line, you get an error at 800
then make it
c:100
c:100
c:799
d:201
c:200
just ad an extra line, hope it works

It didn't Work, I am now trying to use Apollo 13, the thing is that dosn't the movie have to be 8.5 gigs? I was wondering since Apollo 13 is exactly 7.91 gigs if I add .14 of a gig will it then work. For example this is what Apollo 13 gave me
C19408
D1072
C109344
C1783936
J327040
C1783936
J0
what can i do in order for it to work?

yea kenny is right just aslong as it's at least 7.8 you should be great, I'm beginning to wonder exactly how you are going about the ripping process, let us know how you are rippin step by step and what kind of drive and if it's dismantled.

ok try this out It's what I do
put movie in drive let it spin up
open wxripper and click stop drive
open top cover of drive, take out dvd, and put in game
close drive, click spin drive, and then find magic number
ok now I click file, go to save layout and name it the same as game,
then open the saved layout file in notebook and change the third row down C to a D and exit and save.
go back into wxripper and go to file open layout, open the file you just modified and click dump game, save it and your done!
