OK... so I am new at this and to be honest I am really asking for my boyfriend. I am really just the computer hacker/nerd and he is the video game. However, he isn't a GAMER so he doesn't know cheats and all that...

ANYWAYS, he asked me today if I could find out how to make a CODE 9 MOD DISC for SOCOM 3 so he can do the cheats. I really don't know what I am looking for. Can someone please give me a breakdown of what options I have... IT WIL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!
