PVR-250 extra A/V cable

On the PVR-250 there is a white connector along the top PCB edge which I believe is for an extra input using a seperate Hauppauge A/V Cable.

1. If my 250 is connected to my DirecTV R15 using s-vid, would the secondary A/V allow me to also connect a seperate s-vid to my VCR?
