i downloaded this game and i was given these three folders, x,psp (obviously to put in the game folder) and narutonp . i put the the 2 folders in the psp in the game folder and i put x and narutonp in the psp folder. i tried using run umd and after i extracted and pressed x it just gives me a black screen

You have to have RunUMD program and when u download it read the "readme" and then take the narutonp,a,psp in the root of your psp
what are u talking about? that was my original method, because the psp folder was included in the download just so the game icon will appear on your memory stick, i already put narutonp and x in my root and it extracts using run umd and i press X to play and it freezes and turns the game off

Ok I said something wrong you got everything right but do you have the right firmware version, but when that black screen comes up (im talking about run umd) Pick run umd, then it should work.
