3.02 OE-b does not alter clock speed.

u jus put in the cw cheats..n when u're in the game..press n hold select..from there u can clock yr speed..

you cant change speeds from the recovery menu or from XMB... yet.

I'm hoping that changes with 3.03 oe-a
