need help locking my new HDD to make it xbox usable

somebody please help
i get all the way through the xboxhmd process then when i need to lock the drive it says "eeprom.bin not found on cd rom"
what gives?
any suggestions or solutions would be much appreciated!

need help now!

Did you burn your Xbox's stock HDD eeprom file to the cd in the right folder?
