xbox backup on xbox360 modded with NME360 v1.2

Is it posible to play XBOX backed up games on my XBOX360 modded with the NME360 v 1.2? I did experiment and could not get any to play. I made quite a few coasters in the process. When I insert the disc in the 360, I get a message telling me to put the XBOX disc in a XBOX console.

I use a Samsung DH-162C flashed with Kreon 0.81 to make my backup.
