Medal of Honor: European Assault..NTSC to PAL Y-Fix problem!!

I'm not a newby at this but.....
I am having a problem burning Medal Of Honor: Europen Assault. I have an NTSC version which i wish to convert to PAL. With it being an EA game, I have rebuilt the ISO and applied the NTSC to PAL patch and also applied the Y-Fix. The ISO burns fine and boots up using swap magic no problem. The screen is centred and is correnct. Then the screen goes blank, then re-appears back in NTSC mode (black and not centered) I'm sure you all know what i mean.

This is very annoying as i have tried loads of different NTSC to PAL with Y-Fix patches but all give the same result. Can anyone help me please.

With all that work it may be easier to just find a PAL version
or buy it. You can buy a new copy of it here in the US for only $20
and i found the PAL version on the first torrent site i looked at (isohunt)
