i cant do the 1st step because after I extracted my backup I got a 7.05gb .000 file, what do i do?

run xbox backup and get the ss.bin, then use ssMerger.exe amd merge the ss.bin with the iso, then burn wit clonecd

Ok I got the ss.bin from the .000 file then I opened Xbox 360 SS Merger v.1.5o and for the iso file field I put the .000 file and I get this error message:

is a .000 file the same thing as an iso file, am i doing something wrong?

When SS Merger asks you to do the md5 checksum, say NO and then click the merge button. Then burn the .dvd file with CloneCD at 4x

I have a globe 360 chip, does this method work with the globe 360 because when i put the game in the xbox just freezes at that logo screen

nvm I think theirs something wrong with the chip because it wont start up modded but it will start up normal fine.

dormob you are the 6th person that I have talked to that have problems using the globe 360 chip.

Why the globe 360 chip? You should have done the firmware flash. We would have helped you along the way.
