i am an idiot who is having problems with the program TOAST and burning dvds from final cut pro.

the following problems are what plague me...

1. the only way i can retrieve my files is as quicktime files, which do not read through the DVD players i tried.

2. i have NO idea what the VIDEO_TS folder is and cannot find it anywhere.

3. i don't know what the other files on the disc that pop up are ( i didn't put them there, they just show up)

any help would be greatly appreciated!!! KUDOS!!!
