ur best off waiting for a downgrader, could be ages though...
how long u had this psp? if it's new try making some lame ass excuse and take it back then buy 1 from ebay or a friend??? with firmware 2.8 or lower..

also many people think that a downgrader will never come out and they upgrade only to find out that 1 came out a couple weeks later....... up to u mate
