ps2+usb drive but cant load games

Hi All, I cant seem to load any of the games i drop on to the USB hard drive? I can see them (using USB Advance) and it trys to load them but only ever got one game to load (res evil 4)
I am using an old chubby ps2 with a dm4 mod chip.
I had to install a USB driver before the PS2 would see the USB hard drive and i am wondering if there are different drivers i might have more success with. The USB drive i am using is formatted into 2 parts and i am only using one partion.

What program do you use to put games on an harddrive?

Hi I use the the usbextreme loader. i am wondering if i have been very unlucky and only have tried games that are not compatible?
I read somewhere that most games are compatible but also i have seen a big list of games that will not run?

the games i have tried are
guitar hero II
star wars battlefront II
ssx on tour
pro evo soccer 5
resident evil 4 (this one did work)
tony hawk american wastelands.

The USBEtreme loader , huh?
But what program do you use to put those games on the USB Drive?

Haha, seems all my games are not compatible.

with so many games being incompatable it seems a waste of time to me.

I will give up on the USBEXTREME and try an adaptor and compatable IDE drive.
