schtom and Backup creator not working!!! HELP PLEASE!!

I Bought a 162c drive on ebay that supposed to be pre-flashed w/ kreon firmware. Whenever I open up xbox backup creator, my drive is not in the pull down tab. On schtom extract 3.1; I open it up and it says no 360 drive found. In schtom 3.0; the drive is recognized but when i try to begin extraction i get an error that says "Cant get feature list from sh-d162c." ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY! Should I re-flash my drive? If son can someone send me the kreon firmware I cant find it anywhere. PLEASE help me guys.
