I just bought some DVD-R from Meritline and I want to return them for DVD+R (cause -R dosn't change to the ROM book-type)

So I read the return policy on the Meritline web site and I don't know if I can send them back for an exchange. Oh yea I accidentally opened one pck of DVD's. Do you think I can send them back (and the do an exchange) for +R's. If not how much should I charge to sell them on ebay.
