Intermittent audio during HD playback

Hi, I'm having problems with the audio when I play HD content through my Pinnacle Showcenter 200. While watching Planet earth from BBC HD the audio is intermittent, picture quality is great! If pause the showcenter the audio 'catches up' but then goes intermittent again after about 30 seconds. Any other HD content I watch is fine no problems with audio. Any ideas?
