i have oe-b and i want to upgrade to 3.03 oe-a...

i dwnldd the easy installer from psp hacks, where do i place it????

also what are my chances of bricking cos loads of people have bricked theirs although i know it can be fixed.. just abit scared if u know what i mean. thanx

i put mine in the GAME150 folder. also since i keep the recovery folder on the mem stick i did not check the box "make a recovery"...right or wrong that's what i did. i took out the umd before starting the process, and had the power adaptor plugged in just to be safe. chances of bricking i couldn't tell ya. i can tell you mine went just the way it was suppose to.

no worries man. i was a bit reluctant to go to the new version with some of the posts i'd seen. i tried to remember though generally all you see is the "help, i'm totally hosed threads" you don't hear from the hundreds that do it without any issues at all.

right i'm ready to update ..... with the easy installer "oeainstFINAL" do i extract it first or just place it in the game 150 folder???

you open the easy installer on your computer. it will then ask you if you want to put the files in the GAME or GAME150 folder. select the GAME150 folder. select the drive letter that represents your psp, then just execute. the easy installer will put the necessary files on your psp.
