i tunes and roxio trouble?

I've recently installed i tunes on my computer and now I'm unable to use my roxio to copy anything. I believe it's a driver problem. The only thing able to recognize my burner is itunes. DVD Shrink, Roxio, etc.. no longer recognize them. I've tried updating drivers through windows, uninstalling and re-installing roxio. All with no success. Basically looking for suggestions on how to fix this.
