i just bought a core 360.. now i can either get the 360 hard drive or i can buy an external hard drive right?? is there a list of compatible hard drives?? looking to spend less than $100 on it.. please let me know what i can do... any help will be appreciated..

there was only one external drive that i know of that can work with the 360. the thread is floating around here somewhere. but i dont think it can be used for game saves, or update information or anything like that. just mainly for music. if you want to spend less than 100 bucks on it, return the core, and buy the premium. well worth the 100 dollar difference....comes with the HD, wireless controllers, headset....ect....

Ya... unfortunately there's not an exploit available yet which will let you replace the xbox hd. For the $100 I'd also suggest getting the premium.

You'll get the hd, headset, hidef cables, ether cable.

if you want to take the easy short way, gamestop has used hard drives for 80 bucks, hey you might get lucky and get smoeones xboxlive account or their gamesaves!
