MGS: PO online host problem...

Has anyone tried to get online with MGS: PO? It gives me a "Cannot create game in current network enviorment. (Error: P519)". Anyone find out how to fix it? I forworded the TCP 5730-5733 and UDP 5730-5739 ports, reset my router and tried again only to be givin the same error :(
