Hi everyone,
I bought swap magic 3.6 with a fliptop for my ps2 about a year ago and up until now both the dvd and cd disc have been working fine. On trying to load up a cd game recently my swap magic disc came up with "disc read error" and wouldn't boot up. I did the obvious thing and just gave my playstation a good clean (seeing as it was coated in a rather large layer of dust)in the feeble hope that might solve whatever was wrong but unfortunately it didnt. The thing I am baffled by is my dvd swap magic disc works fine and original cd based games load up fine so the only conclusions I can come to is the disc has suddenly become faulty (highly unlikely i would have thought as they are kept boxed and this disc is rarely used as most of my backup games are dvd based)or something has gona array in my playstation, but wouldnt that affect the loading of other games? Any advice on what could be going on would be appreciated.
