I have a movie file which originally I couldn't get any sound from in Nero Showtime, Windows Media Player etc. A box appeared with a dialog "You will be able to hear the audio if your digital audio output is connected to an external decoder capable of decoding DTS".

Thanks to Afterdawn, I have downloaded the latest version of Gabest Media Player Classic, and can now receive sound via the computer. Unfortunately, the when I copied the movie, which has the usual Audio_TS and Video_TS files, onto a DVD via Nero Vision, there is no sound when I play it on my domestic DVD players (Toshiba and Aiwa).

Anyone got any thoughts?
