I have a 1.50 psp and I heard of 3.03OE-A and i want to upgrade to it I was wondering if i can still play all the 1.50 homebrew and still have the latest update version I heard of 3.02OE-b what is the difference of 3.02OE-b and 3.03OE-A and is it worth upgrading to 3.03OE-A and is there a risk of bricking? Or is devhook better? and what one is safer to use 3.03OE-a or dehook? I was reading around and i seen lots of people getting bricks when upgrading to 3.03OE-A what is better to use and most safest?

The procedure is the same so you might as well update to 3.03oe-a since it is the latest version. The bricking is usually due to user error. Just be sure you have a fully charged battery and you have the proper firmware files. If you follow the readme step by step it will work fine.
