Scart cable or RGB?

My US NTSC PS2 displays on black and white on my PAL TV. I thought I had an RGB cable but it's the Scart jack that came with my PAL PSX back in the day where you put the red/white/yellow jacks in. It does not have all the pins that a regular scart jack has, (which I never understood.)

So is this scartjack I am using an RGB or just scart? The pics of RGB cables online look an aweful lot like the one I have, though I do not know how many pins and so-on it has.
