Have you tried RipIt4Me?

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

Mark1526,
If I am not mistaken there was not that much encryption on this one. I probably used DVDDecrypter along w/ AnyDVD to rip it to HD and then use VobBlanker and then DVD-Rebuilder on the Movie. Do you mean you have tried 5 Commercial DVD's or 5 blank DVD's. Post the error log so we can look at it

I tried 5 different copies (DVD's) with varies programs with no luck. I was just able to back it it with "Ripitforme". With recent good advice I seem to have better luck now with DVDFAB,Shrink and Decrypter. "Ripitfor me" worked well on this one. Thanks

did you keep taking it back to where you got it untill you got a copy to work? was it a bad press? i had no problems at all with this movie, DVD Shrink and dvd region + css free, also were you trying to copy a copy? or a orignal disk?

CloneDVD 2 + AnyDVD will do this movie fine

We shall go to the end,we shall fight in France,we shall fight on the seas and oceans,we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air,we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be,we shall fight on the beaches,we shall fight on the landing grounds,we shall fight in the fields and in the streets,we shall fight in the hills;we shall never surrender

Yes, it was 5 different copies from the same place. I did try to use "Rip" at one time but no luck. Last night "Rip" worked fine on it. I'm convinced that when your unable to back up a movie and nothing seems to work more than likley you have a bad press.

Invincible, has a ton of protection on it so i think it was a combo of your programs

As usual, DVDFab Decrypter ripped INVINCIBLE (US, Region 1) flawlessly within 13 minutes. Again, since I'm sucha VobBlanker-holic, I deleted and blanked out nearly everything (unwanted junks) except the "Main Movie + Menu." I even went as far as deleting some useless menus as well.

UPDATED: just a few screenshots of how simple and smooth everything went for DVDFab Decrypter, VobBlanker and Nero Recode. Best of luck to all!!

And presto it's done!!! Not bad for using Nero Recode's "AA + HQSR + Assign Best Quality to Main Movie."

According to my knowledge, I have not come across any movie/DVD that it can not be ripped, regardless of what tools I used (i.e. DVDFab Decrypter or RipIt4Me).

Best of luck!!

The only thing I can think of was I must of came across a few bad press's. I agree that "Rip" is an awesome program.I think I should invest in Nero. I have used it in the past with great luck.

Yes, RipIt4Me is awesome, it is definitely one of the best FREE ripper (beside DVDFab Decrypter) in my opinion.

Nero (Recode, Express/Burning Rom), on the other hand is another story. A lot of people "despise" Nero because there are lots of other tools were having issue (conflicts) with Nero, so people usually blame Nero in the end. However, I can honestly say that I have no problem with Nero when it comes to "transcoding" (Recode) and "burning" (Express/Burning Rom) what-so-ever. Nearly 90% of my burnings are done with Nero Burning Rom and the other 10% are done with ImgBurn.

With that in mind, the main key is "if you know what you're doing, then you shouldn't have any problem in addendum to DVD ripping and backup regardless if it's "retail or FREE tools."

I have no success with backing up INVINCIBLE. DVDFab shows that it process successfully but when you view it in DVDshrink, it looks like the picture is scrambled making it unviewable. To test, I used PowerDVD to view the movie I just ripped on the HDD and I still see scrambles and is not viewable. Why do you think I have problems with this picture and not you guys?
