Hey, recently I've noticed many files which names are in blue text, most of my files are in black text, but now there's items' names that are in blue text, what does the blue text mean?

The files are using NTFS compression. You must have turned on compression on them. Right click on one of the files, go to properties, then advanced. The compress contents to save space will be checked on the blue files. If you had encrypted them, they would have shown up as green.
