I've just downloaded Ace combat 3 electrosphere (psx) and now i want to convert it so i can run it on my 3.02 OE-B. The files that came with the game are: Ace combat 3 - electrosphere.bin and Ace combat 3 - electrosphere.cue. Now how do i convert this game to a pbp file? I have popstation to convert the game. But when i try to find the bin file with popstation i cant find it, does it has to be an iso file before i can convert it or does bin files work too?

.bin files work too. are you using the popstation that came with the firmware or one of the gui's that has come out?

i would go for 1 of the new gui's that have come out as this will make life alot easier for you. + update to 3.03 oe-a as you can compress you psx iso's
